chore(sandbox): remove the sandbox-profile subsystem master

This is a deletion-only change: solstone/think/sandbox_profile/, tests/sandbox_profile/, and scripts/build_sandbox_probe_contract.py are removed, along with every reference to them: Makefile .PHONY entries, both probe-contract targets, the install-checks call site, the sol_cli.py COMMANDS entry, the check_journal_io_access.py OWNER_FILES entry, the docs/SOLCLI.md paragraph, and two AGENTS.md §7 L2 domain-ownership rows. No shims, no replacements, no new files. The only user-visible behavior delta is that sol sandbox-profile previously hit is_journal_host_command() and printed "'sandbox-profile' moved to 'journal sandbox-profile' — run that instead." It now falls through to "Unsupported native sol command." core/crates/solstone-core-sol/src/generated/journal_host_commands.rs was regenerated, not hand-edited, via make build-native-sol-journal-host-commands after EXPECTED_SERVICE_COMMANDS_COUNT went 43 -> 42; the generated count went 45 -> 44. tests/test_native_sol_journal_host_commands.py had its synthetic-fixture counts re-derived from journal_host.EXPECTED_SERVICE_COMMANDS_COUNT so they cannot drift again, its two production "there are N commands" assertions deleted as redundant with the generator's own count guard, and its two number-bearing test names renamed to describe the shape rather than an absolute count. scripts/start_sandbox_supervisor.py, tests/test_start_sandbox_supervisor.py, and the sandbox / sandbox-stop Makefile targets are a different subsystem and are deliberately untouched.
