Add a shared window_items helper and switch the ICS importer to use it for\ncreation-time segmenting. Rewrite the Kindle and Gemini file importers\nto emit windowed imported.md segment files with populated ImportResult\nsegment metadata instead of structured imported.jsonl output.\n\nUpdate importer and formatter tests to cover the new segment markdown\npaths and the shared windowing helper.
