- delete think.mcp, MCP resources, messaging helpers, and MCP-only integration tests - remove Cortex MCP server startup, tool-pack expansion, and mcp_server_url plumbing - strip app tool registration decorators/TOOL_PACKS and keep callable tool functions - update docs/comments to reflect current architecture and sol call-based tool invocation
