Add entity type inference from folder paths and @ prefix in Obsidian importer master

Enhance entity seeding to infer types from two signals: - Folder-path typing: notes in People/, Contacts/, Projects/, Companies/, Organizations/, Places/, Locations/ folders get typed entities instead of generic Topic. Matches at any depth, case-insensitive, strips numeric prefixes. - @ prefix: wikilinks like [[@Jane Smith]] or @-prefixed filenames seed as Person entities with the @ stripped from the name.
