Add sol call sol partner CLI command for reading/writing sol/partner.md, bootstrap template in ensure_sol_directory(), generic update_identity_section() helper in awareness.py, muse/partner.md cogitate agent (schedule: none, priority 95), and partner profile injection into pulse, morning briefing, and identity agent prompts. Updated API baselines for new agent.
