refactor(native-sol): delete the migrated python thin-client path master

Make a clean break from the migrated Python sol client path with no aliases or re-exports. solstone/think/call.py now mounts only the sol call journal sub-app. sol_cli.py retains journal_main() and the service/universal surface for the journal console script. convey_client.py is deliberately retained for link browser pairing and the SPL blob receiver.
