PDFs previously had multiple derivation paths: direct document import, text-transcript import, and the observe extraction path. That let the same source produce divergent stream layouts and dedup behavior.\n\nMake the importer boundary fail loudly if a PDF cannot resolve to the document file importer, remove PDF from generic text/audio classification, and drop the transcript reader's PDF branch. PDF imports now take file-importer preview and source-hash dedup consistently.
