Add limit/offset pagination to the speakers segments API and return the total segment count for paged responses. Update the speakers workspace to support incremental loading, collapsed-by-default detail rendering with the audio player still visible, and hash-based loading of off-page segments. Add pagination coverage for the API and update the speakers segments baseline to include the total field.
