The Docker systemd install/ingest harness (observer-ingest release gate) moves in from the sol pbc org repo so it versions with the code it tests. It previously lived in a separate repo and drifted — the 0.8.2 train hit a pre-PyPI-split copy expecting a solstone_journal_host wheel. Verified from the new home: make build + observer-ingest PASS against a fresh uv build --all-packages 0.8.2 artifact set.
