Replace the Python speaker-analysis plane with a native helper adapter, typed native failure attribution, and startup installation invariant checks for supervisor, sense, transcribe, and doctor. Move model-asset resolution into think, make speaker evidence identity shared, and keep kaldi-native-fbank in the dev-only oracle path. Delete the old seam/runtime/fallback modules and move frozen Python embedding, overlap, and diarization behavior into tests/speaker_oracle for fixture and differential coverage.
