Hide dashboard cards and suppress live logs in health log deep-link view master

When navigating to a specific log file via ?log= param, hide the vitals, observe, and other dashboard cards so only the log viewer is shown. Also guard renderLogs() with a deepLinkMode flag to prevent incoming websocket events from overwriting the displayed log content. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
