Dispatched talents no longer hold the chat turn: the brain response now emits an immediate what/why ack, clears the turn, and runs the talent as background work. Any terminal talent state, including finish, error, spawn failure, and watchdog timeout, folds back through a fresh synthesis turn carrying sol_message.origin with the original logical use id and ask. At MAX_ACTIVE_TALENTS, dispatch now acks, clears, and defers via the stream-backed talent_queued event. The stream is the single source of truth, reduce_chat_state surfaces queued_talents, recovery can promote queued jobs, and a freed slot promotes the oldest unpromoted job. Delete the synthetic-max-active held-turn path and orphaned chat-context consumer. Add deterministic dispatch ack fallback through the non-raising talent label helper, and teach the CLI to follow folded answers by origin. Direct one-turn answers remain unchanged with origin absent.
