Add the library-only solstone-core-generate crate with typed one-shot and session codecs, a testable one-shot client, and real-wire integration coverage. The crate compiles the generated contract through include_str! and deliberately has no journal I/O, so it is not a core/deny.toml journal-io wrapper.
