fix(release): cargo-generate-rpm -p takes a directory path, not a crate name master

The rpm build stage passed -p solstone-linux (a name); cargo-generate-rpm 0.21.0 resolves -p as a path relative to CWD, so it looked for solstone-linux/Cargo.toml and failed. The member crate is at crates/solstone-linux. Caught by the RELEASING.md first-run before publish. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
