All three profile counts (followers/follows/posts) now come from the AppView's getProfile when logged in, so they're mutually consistent. Logged out, followersCount still falls back to Constellation. Identity/record/avatar stay microcosm-sourced. Drops the redundant Constellation followers call when an agent is present.
