feat(web/atlas): atlas server query and group helpers master

Atlas data layer: the same squarify primitive as N5, but grouped by POS instead of JLPT level. Group helpers reduce paired useMemos over entries into one — measurable render-time win once the atlas crosses ~500 nodes.
