refactor: apply the downstream workspace's oxlint autofixes master
Mechanical codemod, produced by `oxlint --type-aware --fix` under the rule set the downstream workspace applies to this library when it is vendored there (packages/config/oxlint.base.jsonc). Landed ahead of the config itself so every commit stays green: none of these edits are findings under the config currently in the tree. 191 of that workspace's 213 findings, by rule: - typescript/array-type (152): `Array<T>` → `T[]`, `ReadonlyArray<T>` → `readonly T[]`. Type-identical; touches the public surface only in how the same types are spelled. - typescript/no-unnecessary-type-assertion (34): chiefly the `as never` escape hatches on every block in src/level-blocks/standard.ts, plus `parseToml(text) as ConfDoc` and a `as unknown as Record<…>`. All were assertions the compiler did not need. - typescript/prefer-includes (4), typescript/consistent-type-imports (1). Verified after the codemod: bun run typecheck clean, bun test 584 pass / 12 skip / 1 fail (the pre-existing XlsxWriter failure), format:check clean.
