User Scores was removed from the UI in favor of User Strikes, but we missed updating the API docs. This corrects that! - Remove User Scores API page and references to it - Add "User Strikes" to the Handling Actions page Since User Strikes are associated with regular Actions when a user's score crosses the strike threshold, we don't need a new docs page; instead, add a "User Strikes" section that calls out the handful of differences when Coop calls the action endpoint in response to a user strike threshold being crossed. Fixes #753
