docs(sdk/ts): add 0.5.0 CHANGELOG entry master

Document the backwards-compatible 0.5.0 additions: the full AppView read catalog + universal get() escape hatch, typed DateInterval charts, matchSong, Agent.scrobbleMatch, and the optional bearer token; plus the songs() fix (getActorSongs returns a 'tracks' envelope, not 'songs').
