Mobile kept showing "Plugin no longer active" because Obsidian Sync never reliably pushed the rebuilt main.js out of a symlinked plugin folder, so the phone was still running the build from before the onload() registration fix. Add `npm run install-plugin`, which builds and copies the three plugin files into a real directory in the vault, and bump the manifest to 1.1.0 (the previous bump only touched package.json, which no device displays). The panel now prints its version so a device's build can be checked at a glance.
