Diviner: Replace Whitelist and Blacklist with Allowlist and Denylist master

Summary: Allowlist and Denylist are much more descriptive when it comes to their actual meanings. (Plus some folks may interpret Whitelist and Blacklist as language which perpetuates discrimination.)
