* fix(coding-agent): unify legacy RLM registry parsing * fix(coding-agent): drop damaged rlmMaxDepth instead of rejecting the entry The unified parser hard-rejected a legacy registry entry when the optional rlmMaxDepth field was malformed, so a valid child edge vanished from ledger seeding and passive discovery. Normalize the field to absent instead; the required topology fields still gate the entry.
