The cell-deadline test blocked with `time.sleep(30)`. The cell sleep guard (3cfe321e5) refuses a cell-code sleep above RLM_CELL_SLEEP_LIMIT (default 10 s), so the cell ended with status "error" before the 1.5 s deadline could abort it. Block for 5 s instead: under the guard's default limit, still well past the deadline, so the test keeps covering the deadline rather than the guard. Negative control: with `time.sleep(30)` restored the test fails again (expected "aborted", received "error"); with 5 s the file is 11/11.
