The default skills (edit, goal, rlm-heartbeat, …) resolve from <packageDir>/skills, but no release path copied skills/ into the shipped layout, so deployed agents silently loaded zero built-in skills. - copy skills/ in copy-assets, build-binaries.sh, and the release packer - warn loudly when the bundled skills dir is missing or empty so a packaging slip can't degrade silently again - add regression tests for the diagnostic and the packaging scripts
