[backfill] preserve ancestor bounds in sparse MST scans master

carry exclusive ancestor key intervals through pending and fetched node scans so provably out-of-range boundary subtrees are pruned instead of fetched in an extra getBlocks round. pending and visited nodes are keyed by CID (deduped network fetches) with per-bounds scan tracking, so a CID reused under conflicting bounds is rescanned safely and deterministically.
