ReposControl::iter_pending and iter_resync had no callers and sat behind #[allow(dead_code)]. iter_queued lists both queues in did order for the api, so nothing needs a listing by queue id. this also drops pending_range, which only iter_pending used, and the test and inventory rows that covered it.
