a live event's pre-built json embeds the committed body, and it can wait in a slow subscriber's backlog after the broadcast. an operator redaction committing in that window was still sent the erased body; /stream re-resolves the body at render for exactly this. the json now carries the key of the redaction marker that would erase its record, and a marked event is rendered from the db instead, without the body.
