feat(models): add Kimi K3 256K and extend Kimi K3 configuration master

- Added new model `Kimi K3 256K` with 256K context support and image input capability. - Enhanced `Kimi K3` configuration by introducing `thinking` options and increasing context length. Closes: #4612
