🚀 Quick Start #

Using Hermes from Zed Terminal #

1. Open Zed terminal (Ctrl+`)
2. Run: hermes chat "your prompt"

Using Smart Model Router #

# Simple tasks (FREE model)
./scripts/smart_chat.sh simple "What is the capital of France?"

# Complex analysis (powerful model)
./scripts/smart_chat.sh analysis "Analyze this codebase"

# Budget-conscious work

Extracting Kagi Conversations #

# Authenticate first (if not done)
kagi auth set --session-token "https://kagi.com/search?token=..."
