AGENTS.md security rules, generalize SSH key convention, drop sync_chat.sh (red-team 2026-08-17) master

- AGENTS.md: standing security block (secrets never quoted, ledgers out of git, no git add -A, no hook-state in git, live configs local-only, history rewrites need owner approval) - generalize id_ed25519_tangled -> id_ed25519_<host> across skill library (SEC-05): SKILL.md x2, hermes.md.tmpl x2, tangled-ssh-setup.md x2, project-init.sh now globs ~/.ssh/id_ed25519_* - remove verifier@psingletary.com keygen comment (placeholder) - delete scripts/sync_chat.sh (SEC-07); drop stale refs from README + directory-structure.md (kagi-authentication-guide, agent_logging)
