Support fit-content sizing for Bing parity master

References isu issue 280. Adds computed support for width: fit-content and resolves shrink-wrapped content widths for normal, absolute, and float layout paths. This fixes the centered Bing search box case but leaves isu issue 280 open because the scenario still has the stale-golden blocker in isu issue 305 and remaining same-snapshot parity work in isu issue 380.
