Review fixes: remove dead code and confused comments in Yield handler master

The code after `self.frames.is_empty()` check was unreachable since generators always run via run_generator with an isolated frame stack. Replaced with a clear comment explaining the invariant. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
