Typing a bare query like "rust programming" into the URL bar used to be mangled into "https://rust programming", which the loader then rejected. Add a small classifier in `we_browser::chrome` that distinguishes a URL from a search query — explicit schemes, bare hosts with a dot, localhost, and bracketed IPv6 are treated as URLs; everything else is handed to Google as a search query.
