Improve Opera glyph mask parity master

Apply a smooth coverage ramp for supersampled glyph masks in the Metal shader, improving opera.com Chromium parity while leaving the parent xfail in place. References isu issue 281. Adds follow-up isu issue 415 for the remaining Opera parity blockers.
