docs/status-states.md explains the badge vocabulary and pill weighting with real captures: scripts/capture-status-docs.mjs drives a headless Chrome running the built extension, seeds or genuinely triggers each state (external DNS is mapped to localhost, so failure states are real failures), and screenshots the actual popup.
