feat(agentd)!: list only the sign-ins a context reported, unless --all master

didbot oauth pending now lists what some context here reported seeing. The pending ask takes an optional all flag and its answer an optional unseen list, each left off when empty. --all prints the unseen ones, each marked not-seen-by-any-agent-here.
