`Replayed` in `durable.rs`'s tests drives `apply` and `snapshot` directly, and both take the OAuth grant store. It now holds one and passes it, so `cargo check --workspace --all-targets` builds on this crate's test target. Change-Id: I3edcad0a426881d9b0dca7c27ea3c0ab11991ac8
