test(conformance): run the vendored lexicon document vectors master

`lexicon-valid.json` and `lexicon-invalid.json` were vendored and read by nothing. Running them found four documents this implementation accepts and upstream refuses; each is listed as a gap that fails the test once it starts being refused.
