test(ownership): run the scenarios with the real binaries master

One server per scenario on a loopback zone, a stand-in for the human's PDS and an OpenID Connect issuer, and the didbot binaries driving every step: an agent by hand, a laptop and its daemon, two servers, an autoscaling pool, a pipeline's runs, restarts, revocation, and a stranger's walk.
