refactor(dns): read Route53 XML and IMDS JSON through serde master
The hand-written field extractors go, and quick-xml with serde writes the change request and reads the change, status and error responses; serde_json reads the instance credentials. Escaping and parsing are the crates' now, so a value with a quote in it is theirs to get right.
