fix(didbot-serve): answer an oversized request body in the atproto shape master

A body past the buffering bound came back as axum's plain-text 413, with no `error` name for a client to switch on — the one failure on this surface a caller cannot avoid by writing a better request. `XrpcBody` refuses it as `RequestTooLarge`, and the bound itself is now `MAX_REQUEST_BODY` here rather than a dependency's silent default.
