feat(dev-setup): the scrobble host says what prompt it is serving master

Editing SCROBBLE_INSTRUCTIONS needs a rebuild, a restart of the host and a new session, and none of the three is visible — so the host reports a digest of the description it serves beside what it was built from, and check compares that against what this checkout compiles.
