fix(agentd)!: end a session where it was issued, not only on disk master

`remove` deleted the file and left the refresh token in it working at the authorization server. `SessionStore::end` replaces it: it revokes the session first, where the issuer advertised somewhere to send one, and drops it here whatever that answered.
