A repo listing's complete half was always one account's PDS, so naming somebody else only changes which DID is read; index sources are filtered after the fact. `Whose` is now the one source of truth for the four sentences about completeness that used to say "your PDS" unconditionally. Ported from #286, over the listing refactor that landed since: the note it silences now also has to stay honest about whether the walk was complete.
