docs(comments): say which body spelling comes from where master

The module claimed a legacy `sh.tangled.repo.issue.comment` nests its body under `body.text` and a current one does not. The captured records say the opposite: the record spells it as a plain string, and the object with a `text` is the index's own rewrite, applied to both collections. The reader was already right, having tried both; its test was hand-written in the shapes the prose described and now runs on the bytes instead.
