feat(platform/nix): One functor call for every flake in the tree master

nix-config and nix-lib call the functor with module = true and their outputs ARE its return, no wrapper set; workspaceIn no longer exists to call. All 43 locks move together to the framework rev, as the sed incident taught. Signed-off-by: Niclas Overby <niclas@overby.me>
