feat(cider): the blue square with the arrow in it, which is what the user asked for by name master
With the geometry fixed the toolbar selectors had a button, but it was the old cocotron one: a grey chiselled bevel with a black triangle loaded from a tiff, which is the look of a different decade and a different system. It is drawn now, a rounded rectangle in the system accent blue with a white chevron, grey when the control is disabled and darker while it is held down. Drawing beats an image here because an image has to exist at every size and is the wrong colour the moment the button is not blue. AND IT CAME OUT GREY THE FIRST TIME, which is the part worth keeping. NSComboBoxCell sets _buttonEnabled and _isButtonBordered in initWithCoder and NOWHERE ELSE, so a cell made in code rather than loaded from a nib has a button that is disabled from birth, and every application that does not use nibs got the disabled colour. The item count rule in the add and remove methods is left alone, so an application that empties its own list still greys its button. docs/wayland-blue-dropdown-buttons.png: all three toolbar selectors and the Find bar, blue with white arrows, the rest of the window unchanged.
