checker: split cron check logic out of the gin handlers master

Run{HTTP,TCP,DNS,ICMP,GRPC}Check probe and record one cron check and return an error only when the request is invalid (InvalidRequestError) or the result could not be recorded. The HTTP handlers keep their responses; this is the seam the Pub/Sub consumer will call into. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
