chore: screenshot desktop and mobile, light by default (#2909) master

Shoot desktop (1400px, 2x) and mobile (390px, 3x, iPhone 14 UA) per path; dark is opt-in via --theme dark|both. Files are named <name>.<device>[.dark].png, the gallery shows devices side by side, and the React Query devtools button is hidden.
