* fix(web): show failed regions in the speed checker A region whose check threw was dropped from the stream, and the client ignored error results, so a run could stop at N-1 regions with nothing shown. Stream the failure and render it as a failed row with the count in the caption. * fix(web): buffer partial lines in the speed checker stream Reader chunks can end mid-line, so a split record failed to parse and was dropped. Keep the unfinished tail between reads and flush it when the stream ends. * fix(web): show the failure reason in the speed checker row The reason was only in a hover title, so touch and keyboard users saw just "Failed".
